Refund policy

We take pride in handcrafting each of our products with care and attention to detail. Because our candles are made in small batches, there are some important things to know about returns and refunds.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unburned and in its original packaging

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase

Please email us first before sending anything back.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Used or burned candles

• Custom orders or personalized items

•.Gift cards

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the item and packaging

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit - depending on the situation.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is approved for a refund:

• You'll receive a refund to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Please remember that slight variation in scent, color, or appearance are normal in handmade candles. These are not considered defects - they're what make each candle special.
